How to Book
- Reservations can be made online through our website booking system or by calling our customer support.
- Advance booking is recommended to guarantee availability.
- All bookings require a valid contact number and email for confirmation and updates.
Included in Your Ride
Our luxury chauffeur services include:
- A fleet featuring GMC Yukon XL, Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Lyric, Lincoln Corsair, and Tesla Model Y
- Meet & Greet service at Orlando International Airport (MCO) – No curbside pickup.
- Complimentary amenities, including:
- Free car seats and boosters for families (SUV vehicles only)

Waiting Time Policy
- Point-to-Point Transfers: 15 minutes of free wait time included.
- Airport Pickups (MCO): 60 minutes of free wait time after flight landing.
- Additional wait time is subject to extra charges based on our hourly rates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation
We offer free cancellations up until 12 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
- If your flight is delayed or canceled due to severe weather (3 hours or more), you can reschedule or cancel for free.
- Please notify us as soon as possible to make necessary adjustments.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup will be charged the full fare.
- If the passenger does not show up at the designated location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Changes & Rescheduling
- Modifications to your booking (such as pickup time or location) are subject to availability.
- Any changes should be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Additional Fees
- Extra stops and extended waiting times beyond the free period may incur additional charges.
- Tolls, parking fees, and any special requests not included in the standard package will be added to the final fare.
